A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of cost (to a certain extent). We’ll move your website(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing hosting providers can result in lost info and unnecessary network downtime. This is the reason why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We have seasoned administrators whose chief task is to make sure that your web site functions precisely as it did on your former web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon well–known web apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We try to carry out all website migrations as quickly as possible. Even so, we do not have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are several aspects that you need to take into account – the sheer size of your web site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always strive to implement each migration within 48 hours. With smaller–sized sites, our team usually manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: Yes. We’ll need the name of the website that you wish us to transfer. We will also need a means to log into your old web hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your web site.

A: In order for us to begin the transfer of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose exactly the same details you have provided to your current host. We also have a very rigorous Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate data is dealt with.

A: Your website will work just like it did before with your former hosting provider. When we have finished the migration, your site will be configured to work on our system and we’ll alert you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will need to do is edit the NS resource records corresponding to your domain. Your web site will be migrated to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the web site transfer either.

A: Yup. We support all regular Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows web hosting services ourselves.We also do not support proprietary web site creation and management interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
